Fee Structures:
Our most common fee structure for this department is ‘fixed fee’ which will vary greatly based on the exact support required.
If the scope of work is completed and you still require our support, the work will be charged according to ‘hourly rate’ which is charged at our solicitor’s rate of £300 + VAT in line with HMCTS guidance for solicitors’ with more than 8 years’ experience.
