PRICING & DISBURSEMENTS

All costs listed are indicative and case-specific.

Common Fees & Disbursements:

  • Home Office application fees – as applicable

  • Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) – as applicable

  • Interpreter – £100–150 (+VAT) per visit

  • Immigration Tribunal Oral Hearing – £140

  • Immigration Tribunal Paper Hearing – £80

  • Barrister’s Fee – £600–3,000 (+VAT)

  • Expert Reports (Country, Medical, Social Worker) – £1,000–2,000 (+VAT)

Fee Structure: Most immigration cases use fixed fees, though hourly rates (£300 + VAT) apply for protracted appeals or judicial reviews.
